Our Story
MI Roofing was founded more than 20 years ago by a small crew of roofers who believed Michigan homeowners deserved better: straight answers, fair pricing, and workmanship that stood up to our state’s brutal winters and hailstorms. What started as a two-truck operation working out of a garage grew, project by project and referral by referral, into one of the region’s most trusted roofing companies. We never chased rapid growth for its own sake — we grew because neighbors told neighbors, and because we showed up when we said we would.
Today, MI Roofing is a full-service roofing contractor serving residential and commercial clients across the region, but our values haven’t changed since day one. We’re still locally owned, still community-focused, and still run by people who pick up the phone and stand behind their work. Whether we’re replacing a single storm-damaged roof or managing a multi-building commercial project, we treat every roof like it’s protecting our own family.
Along the way, we’ve invested heavily in ongoing crew training, safety certification, and the latest roofing technology so that our customers always get up-to-date expertise, not outdated habits.
